Slow cooked miso & ginger salmon, served with greens
Ingredients for the salmon dressing
Enough for two fillets of salmon.
· 1 tbs miso
· ½ tbs of rice wine vinegar
· ½ tbs of mirin
· 2cm knob of ginger, grated
· ½ tsp honey
Method
Place the salmon fillet in a oven dish with a lid or in an oven dish with tinfoil. Mix all of the dressing ingredients together, and pour the dressing over the fish. If using tinfoil then wrap the fish in foil. Bake at 120 degrees 40 minutes. Serve with any green vegetables you can get your hands on. Enjoy! Serves 2.
